Most definitely BAD

I would love to say that we went to a dozen different backyard barbecues or that we had one massive 4th party at the house with all sorts of goodies and my diet was blown all to hell...none of that is true however.  Except for the diet blown to bits part.

Ice cream, check.  Stuffed and breaded jalepeno's, check.  Breaded chicken sandwich, check.  More than one giant glass of pop a day, check.  On and on and on.  It makes me sick looking back now.  It was good but it wasn't THAT good.

I feel all nasty and bloated today.  I think it's more from really thinking about what I ate and actually caring about what I eat that's the biggest culprit.  I feel guilty and bad and down right angry that it happened.

One day was an entire smorgasbord of bad food.  The next day wasn't so bad except for the pop and the breaded chicken sandwich.  Which by the way wasn't supposed to happen at all.  I was making a healthy jumbalay when halfway through I realized I didn't have any chicken stock.  If it wasn't at 8pm, my hubs would have just ran to the store for me, but it was late we were hungry and the easiest and fastest way was takeout.  I could have gone salad, and I knew I should have but I said bring me a sandwich.  He did....and he got the salad.  Yesterday was pretty bad, it seemed that every meal (minus dinner) was like 'hey lets eat the worst thing we can think of'.  Not on purpose, it just sounded good so we went for it.

It was only afterwards that the thought of how bad those things were hit me.

Today has been slow and sluggish.  I've been as active as I can be considering my lack of sleep (which I swear is going to become my normal).  I know it's all I can do.  I know that I can do better than the last three days because we rarely do that badly.  Especially not three days in a row.  But it's still knowing what happend, how many calories we consummed and how so very far away from my goal I still am, breaks my heart and makes me want to scream.
